Researchers search for the remains of writer Miguel de Cervantes at Convento de las Trinitarias Descalzas, or Convent of the Barefoot Trinitarians, on Monday in Madrid. Cervantes died in 1616, and his dying wish was to be buried here — the nuns of the convent helped negotiate his freedom after pirates captured and imprisoned him for five years.
